Section 13
Prohibition To Engage Children In Begging And To Shave Hair
(1) No Child shall be engaged in begging except during observing religious or cultural traditions.
(2) No child shall be shaved with the purpose of making such Child a Sanysi, Bhikchhu or Fakir, and even if shaved, it shall
not have legal validity.
(3) A Child who has been made Sanyasi, Bhikchhu or Fakir prior to the commencement of this Act may, if he/she so wishes,
give up such family life vesh and to join.
